**Job Title**:Customer Advocate - Inside Sales**Position Summary**:PSC Is looking for an English + Spanish speaking Customer Advocate to join The Customer Focus Team, based in PSC’s facility located in Santa Catarina, Mexico, to handle the day-to-day activities for specific accounts by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:- Support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.- Coordinate internally with other teams to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs, ASPs)- Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.- Manage customer forecasts and releases to meet customer requirements by monitoring internal inventory levels to ensure on time delivery.- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in business preferred.- High School Diploma with experience in customer service, inside sales, customer support, or similar role will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.**Skills**:- Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally.- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.- Great attention to detail.- Preferred: Advanced Excel skills.
