**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A REVENUE GROWTH MANAGEMENT SENIOR ANALYST****JOB TITLE: REVENUE GROWTH MANAGEMENT SENIOR ANALYST****FUNCTION: DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS****CITY & COUNTRY: MONTERREY, MEXICO****ROLE SUMMARY****Reports to**: Corporate Application Manager**ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Responsible for leading 3rd party support vendor to manage and facilitate the change process for an FDA Validated system- Schedule and lead meetings with key team members for Prioritization, Validation, Backlog overview, organizational change and Communication- Analyze and translate business needs into formal requirements and lead all aspects of impact assessment performed by 3rd party support vendor- Coordinate validation assessments and work with the 3rd party support team to address deviations.- Coordinate regression testing performed by 3rd party support team for workflows and system configuration when patches are introduced- Support 3rd party support team with user incidents as needed, including engagement with other DBS pillars involving technical issues with integrations- Maintains dedicated SharePoint site for all relevant documents and processes (change control tracking, prioritization outcomes, meeting minutes, etc.)**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have experience in managing IT project across functions, service providers, and IT teams?**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE****CRUCIAL****Experience Required**- Minimum of four (4) years of IT or related experience- Working knowledge of JIRA, ADO, or similar tool to facilitate project management- Project Management expertise, managing multiple projects and changes simultaneously- Strong prioritization skills to lead exciting activities- Ability to lead and influence collaborators and support teams- Good interpersonal and communication skills working with business functions, service providers, and co-workers- 4-year degree with a focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field**BENEFICIAL**- Experience in the use of Microsoft SharePoint Sites- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- ITIL or Agile formal training- MBA/Master’s degree in related field
