Additionally, you will engage closely with leaders on site, the broader HR community, and the Global Talent Acquisition team.Beyond day-to-day hiring, you'll play a key role in shaping and rolling out TA initiatives and projects including recruitment campaigns & marketing, diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging hiring, and our Global TA transformation.Based in Mexico city, you will support Risk and Commercial Operations organizations across the region. Here you'll find multi-cultural, colourful and incredibly talented teams that range from Customer Solutions to Merchant Sales, Finance and Risk Operations.**Your way to impact**:Own end-to-end- hiring processes from intake and understanding of business needs to the building process, assessing capabilities, to shaping appealing rewards packagesWork to pre-defined timelines which are sometimes challenging and a set of KPI’sAbility to communicate effectively through the use of data, reporting on the progress of assigned roles and highlight challenges and wins when required.Be agile and willing to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the business.Effectively utilize PayPal’s ATS and CRM systems to automate the recruitment process across the business.Drive PayPal’s DIEB strategies by being an advisor to the business to achieve greater diverse representation and working with Employee Resource Groups to leverage talent pipelines.Building effective pipelines of external talent to meet the business demand for current and future requirements including securing talent through multiple search methods.**What you need to bring**:- 2 to 4 years experience experience working in roles such as Recruiter or Agency Recruiter within a fast-paced environment.- Strong sourcing skills and previous experience in building pipelines.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels is a must.- Proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders, peers and senior management.- An independent problem solver who can set priorities, make high quality judgements and decisions quickly and effectively drive outcomes through to completion.- Previous experience within high volume, multilingual is advantageous.- Fluency in Spanish and English.At PayPal we are driven by 12 leadership principles & some of which are very important for a recruiting role are:**Never Stand Still**:Our recruiters are always on the hunt for top talent & they always keep a proactive pipeline for recurring and hard to find roles.**Do the Right thing**: Be a custodian of TA processes and upholds integrity and transparency.Our Benefits:At PayPal, we’re committed to building an equitable and inclusive global economy.
