To be the link between financial & productivity teams and VCT (Value Chain Budget & Productivity transformation) to ensure the best budget performance.Your ImpactAs** Value Chain Budget & Productivity Manager**, you will:- Lead **PSP and AOP creation and alignment** to support VCT’s investment and productivity agenda.- Track and report actuals related to **Capex, Opex, and productivity initiatives**.- Ensure **+90% forecast accuracy** monthly, quarterly, and annually to meet AOP targets.- Be the **communication bridge** between VCT and internal/external financial and productivity stakeholders.- Identify and quantify risks in the execution agenda and define mitigation/prevention plans.- Act as the **key liaison with Procurement** to guarantee agile and accurate bidding/quotation processes.- Ensure **100% Capex capitalization** in compliance with PEP policies and financial guidelines.- Champion organizational health by leading people-focused initiatives (e.g., committees, OHS, culture).- Develop and mentor direct reports through structured onboarding, career mentoring, and performance follow-up.The Opportunity: Value Chain Budget & Productivity ManagerAt PepsiCo, we’re driving transformation across our operations—and we’re looking for a strategic finance leader to be part of that journey.As our Value Chain Budget & Productivity Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of VCT (Value Chain Transformation), leading financial planning processes across Capex, Opex, Capitalization, and Productivity. From defining PSP and AOP strategies to tracking monthly actuals, you’ll connect financial and productivity teams to ensure optimal budget performance and strategic alignment.Your Impact In this critical role, you will:- Lead PSP & AOP creation and alignment, both internally and externally, to support VCT investment and productivity goals.- Oversee tracking and reporting of actuals for Capex, Opex, and productivity metrics linked to the VCT agenda.- Ensure forecast accuracy of 90%+ on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis—supporting AOP target achievement.- Serve as the financial communication bridge between VCT and key internal/external stakeholders.- Proactively identify, quantify, and communicate risks, developing mitigation and prevention plans as needed.- Act as a key liaison with Procurement, enabling smooth and compliant bidding and quotation processes.- Ensure 100% capitalization of investments in accordance with PEP policies and guidelines.- Foster a healthy organizational culture by leading people-focused initiatives (committees, OHS, etc.).- Develop and mentor your team, ensuring strong onboarding, accountability, and career growth.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**We're looking for a driven, analytical, and collaborative leader with the following background:**Education**:- Degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics**.**Experience**:- ** 5+ years** in similar roles such as: Supply Chain Strategy Manager, Productivity Improvement Manager, Business Transformation Manager or related.- FP&A or Capex/Opex-focused roles with a value chain lens**Functional Skills**:- Strong financial acumen**:P&L structure, investment management**:- ** Project management** skills, including control and risk management- Proven experience **driving efficiency, cost reduction**, and aligning budgets with strategic business goals- Deep understanding of **end-to-end supply chain processes** (planning, execution, distribution, finance)- Experience in **business intelligence, reporting automation**, and data integration**Tools & Software**:- ** SAP**, Microsoft **Excel**, **Power BI**, Microsoft **Tea
