Key responsibilities include:- Responsible for tracking the Investment Execution (Core & Non-Core), Project Productivity, Value Realization, HC Budget, Reporting & financial analysis of the project- Supporting AOP & Fcst processes for Operations Program (Opex, Productivity, HC Tracking) ensuring robust stakeholder alignment on the official figures.- Coordinate and implement a monthly financial Scorecard with GBS Operations Finance Team where we track productivity, cost performance and FTE migrations to increase visibility for key leadership decision making- Responsible for monthly closing process for GBS and coordinate restructuring accounting and monitoring- Responsible for monthly FCST (Investment & Productivity) update and performance analysis vs plan- Responsible for financial analysis to identify risk and opportunities to support key decision making- Support GBS HC tracking for GBS Operations- Productivity tracking and assure correct reporting in Power Steering tool. Coordinate input from the different project owners across LATAM- Support the Value Realization Manager with the creation and administration of the Valuer Realization process for GBS Operations Latam- Support with the mapping of the end to end process to update governance process to assure the value realization committed with the organization (Status meetings, ideation forums, financial support etc..)- Refine and automate Investment (Core) & Productivity GBS FCTS processQualifications:**Education/requirements**Experience Required:- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, productivity or budget management Preferable: experience in corporate finance roles or productivity portfolio management roles.- Bachelor’s in Finance, Engineering, Economics or Business Management- Level of English needs to be fluent due to the interaction with the Global Groups- Preferable: collaborating experience across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience- Software Experience: Need to manage office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) - Advanced Excel, Power PointThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
