Resource Manager @ Bayforce | IT Consulting, Staffing Solutions Contract | 6 months (to start) We’re looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to help lead and deliver three high-impact initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . This role sits at the center of our Salesforce ecosystem, shaping scalable solutions, guiding delivery teams, and partnering closely with business stakeholders. If you enjoy designing clean, future-proof architectures, translating complex requirements into elegant Salesforce solutions, and mentoring teams along the way, this role is built for you. What You’ll Do Architect and deliver scalable solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud Lead solution design across multiple concurrent projects within a Salesforce Center of Excellence Design and implement custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs Own integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP web services Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce architecture, development standards, and best practices Collaborate with business leaders, designers, and developers to translate requirements into technical designs Guide Experience Cloud implementations including responsive UI and multilingual CMS strategies Review code, support DevOps processes (Git, Copado), and mentor development and support teams Provide L3 support and help resolve complex production issues when needed What You Bring Experience 8+ years of Salesforce platform development and architecture experience Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions and portals 5+ years leading projects or cross-functional technical teams Technical Expertise Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Experience with Salesforce DX, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Experience Builder Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and Salesforce data model Familiarity with Git, Copado, CI/CD, and Agile delivery Strong knowledge of Lightning Design System and responsive design principles Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Clear, confident communicator with strong English skills Thrives in fast-paced, global, cross-functional environments Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
