We are hiring: Business Transformation Consultant for USA customersOur BT Consultants will lead or support transformation programs at our customers, transformation by connecting people, processes and systems, to increase efficiency and process flow within the different areas of our client. Our approach is named 360 degrees transformation. You will work in small teams of consultants, as part of our Bring IT 150 employee team. Typically the BT team will fly in to customers to fix problems, to map processes and to help our clients to change their ways of working. This can be done remotely or on-site, depending on customer requirements, often it is a mix of on-site and remote. Our clients are located all over the USA.Our BT Consultant is responsible for:- Lead mapping interviews and ask the required questions- Identify painpoints & improvement opportunities- Conduct Hansei sessions after the meetings- Lead Co-Design sessions- Lead Improvement Projects- Ensure adherence to our transformation delivery methodology- Organize, Lead and report out on Mapping and Co-Design sessions- Work together with system technical specialists and client transformation SME´s**Requirements**:- 2-3 years experience in process mapping & improvements- Hands-on experience in business transformation programs- Affinity with technology and IT systems & platforms- Strong people skills- Lean, project management, 5S and or six sigma certifications are a preBenefits and perks:- Remote work flexibility- Career Development and incentives- Executive coaching and trainning sessionsSet up your career for 360°success
