**Logistics Coordination**Manages the big picture and identifies areas of improvement.- Long-term planning to support the company’s goals.- Ensure smooth coordination of cargo movement with international team.- Coordinating different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.- Assessing and analysing departmental budgets to find ways to optimize profitability.- Communicating with stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects- Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.- Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course based on market changes.- Enforcing regulatory and safety standards**Business Development**- Manages the daily business operations of this Business Unit- Establish, manages and drives the business to meet the annual sales budget, goals, and objectives of Kyoei DS Pte. Ltd. well as the OPS Group of Companies.- Liaise and work with 17 to 20 salespersons from affiliated companies.- Builds and maintains relationship with customers with focus on expanding the products supplied.- Identify local and FDI compounders for Flex range of resins. (FDI: Foreign directinvestments)- Identify M&A opportunities with local compounders.- Handles product quality and technical issues.- Builds and maintains relationship with customers with focus on business growth.- Recovery plan if shortfall and know the reason for shortfall.- Manage fluctuating demands and impact on resin supply.- Updates on latest market and industry information and intelligence- Generate lead and scout new business across Mexico & USA. Keep close contact with GVS and Jabil.- Explore Automotive segment in Steel belt of USA very large.- Responsible for accounts receivable and debt collection issues- Performs and optimises the logistics operation, inventory management and supply chain management.- Submits monthly reports - sales analysis, sales history, sales performance indicators, executive summary, logistic cost, inventory status.- Responsible for general administration matters.- Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives.Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per month**Experience**:- relevant: 5 years (preferred)Work Location: Remote
