Main responsibilities Ensuring members of the Project team are fully briefed on all material elements of the legal stream Analyze the contracts involving Nest Prepare letters to customers regarding assignment and change of control Consolidate different streams inventory Drafting of official templates and correspondence flow Identification and evaluation of the risks and opportunities of the project related to the various contractual obligations Management of legal risks throughout the project life cycle Coordinate and work closely to Baker & Mckenzie Requirements Master Degree in Law (Private Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Administrative/ Public Procurement Law). +3 years of relevant experience in in-house legal or law firm, M&A, corporate or contracts and commercial management Substantial experience in corporate and contracts in Mexico Advanced level of English Autonomous, reliable, meticulous, confident, with optimal teamwork capacity, well organized and with capacity to work under pressure and set priorities when workload requires 1 year contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
