Facility Manager

Requisition ID: 30430- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for a Facility Manager. The overall goal for the Manager will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - both internally and externally - and to ensure operation continuity through compliance in quality, environmental, and safety management systems. In Charge of all Danfoss Mexico, Real Estate and Facility Management functions.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Ensure the continuity of operation in Danfoss Mexico Sites. Including general services, utilities and infrastructure.- Ensure Danfoss is making safe and sustainable products, proactively meet the compliance obligations towards customers and regulators globally, address risks, and achieve objectives through efficient compliance processes.- Support Certifications and general systems (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF, OEA, “Industria Segura”, greenhouse gases report, OSHAS 18001)- Follow up and control trash, metallic scrap, wood, plastics.- Management of Planon system for the site.- Building changes and extensions, negotiation, follow up and execution of contracts with vendors.
