Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies.- Control KPI Indicators of the area.- Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance plan- Machine Spare parts warehouse control.- Control Budget of the department- Ensure Machinery Availability- Ensure Machinery Capability improvements- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.- Oversee repair and installation activities, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.- Supervise maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance.- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for supplies when necessary.- Maintain records of maintenance activities and expenses.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.- Participate and coordinate on the machines transfers new projectsRequirements:- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.- Proven experience as a maintenance manager or in a similar managerial role.- High Knowledge on corrective and preventive maintenance CNC Lathes, Machines Centers, Hobbers, Grinders.- High knowledge of different controls systems such as Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, Siemens.- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.- Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and other maintenance-related skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field is preferred.Required Education / Experience / Skills:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.- 7+ years in Maintenance/facility management.- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred.- Mechanical, electrical, electronic and CNC knowledgeAbout Regal Rexnord- The Company’s end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds, and include factory automation, food & beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehouse, alternative energy, residential and commercial buildings, general industrial, construction, metals and mining, and agriculture.
