**Manufacturing Engineering Mgmt 3**Manage the human and technical resources of the plant's process engineering and equipment department in the most efficient manner to achieve absorption, efficiency, scrap, and other key indicators. Ensure a conducive work environment for achieving these objectives. Promptly resolve conflicts between the plant's various support areas to ensure compliance with key plant indicators.**Education**:- industrial engineering, communications and electronics or similar**Experience**:- 5 - 8 years**Skills**:- English Advance- Office- Minitab- G suite**Knowledge**:- Experience in project management at the plant level- Strong experience in strategy development and implementation- Teamwork- Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics- Teamwork- Knowledge of NPI processes- Strong organizational and leadership skills- Knowledge of parts and chemical warehouse management- Assertive communication with customers and machinery and equipment suppliers**Responsibilities**:- Follow-up on production and sales reports- Follow-up on the production plan meeting to ensure absorption, yields, and scrap within the MFM target- Weekly meeting to monitor operational results- Daily monitoring of the engineering area expense budget- Follow-up on quotes for potential clients or for engineering changes- Operations meeting to review key operational indicators- Identify opportunities for process improvement- Guide and support engineering staff- Engineering strategy meeting and monitoring of key plant indicators
