**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for**_all _**.**Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and implement internal process improvements.- Coordinate and lead weekly internal supply/demand interlock meetings.- Manage quarterly internal process Sequence of Events (SOE) for Demand Planning, Revenue Planning, Slow Moving Inventory, and Other Processes.- Work closely with Micron’s demand management teams in global supply chain to support the internal review of Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process.- Build, define and implement business processes and metrics that support Central BU objectives.- Develop sophisticated analytics to support internal business plan development and profitability optimization.- Nurture positive relationships and partnerships with internal cross functional teams (Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Business Ops, Finance etc.)- Engage cross functionally to ensure proper wafer mix to mitigate and inventory- Drive analysis and disposition of excess and slow-moving inventory in collaboration with internal Business Units and global supply chain- Prepare executive level presentations regarding business plans, market share, and planning scenarios**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related analytical field- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance- Proven ability to create insightful analytical tools (Tableau/PowerBi).- In-depth knowledge of Supply/Demand/Inventory dynamics- Capable of presenting to Micron executives effectively.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proven track record to work with executive leadership & turn ambiguity into action.- Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement demeanor.- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and influence collaborators.- Ability to digest large amounts of data and turning into insights."The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
