**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for **_all_**.**Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.**Sr. Business Operation Manager**Key Responsibilities:- Grow the influence and impact of the Central BU.- Lead and implement to the strategy of Central Ops.- Provide mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations to your team.- Run quarterly Sequence of Events (SOE) for Demand Planning, Revenue Planning, Slow Moving Inventory, and Other Processes.- Build, define and implement business processes and metrics that support Central BU objectives.- Lead vision and roadmap for development of sophisticated analytics to support business plan development and profitability optimization.- Champion positive relationships and partnerships with cross functional teams (Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Business Ops, Finance etc.)- Engage cross functionally to ensure proper wafer mix, inventory, and pricing strategies are in place.Qualifications:- Proven track record to lead people, attract and retain talent, and influence cross functionally.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Capable of presenting to Micron executives effectively.- Proven track record to work with executive leadership & turn ambiguity into action.- Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement demeanor.- In-depth knowledge of Supply/Demand/Inventory dynamics & pricing strategies.- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and influence collaborators.- Ability to digest large amounts of data and turning into insights.- Proven track record to build informative analytical tools (Tableau/PowerBi).Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related analytical field- 5-7years proven experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance- 5-7 years of leadership and team management experienceMicron Prohibits the use of child labor and complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and other international and industry labor standards.
