Materials Management Pec Manager

**What you will do**:- Oversee and manage materials management processes to ensure efficient inventory control and procurement strategy.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning and materials supply with production schedules.- Implement best practices for materials management to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet production demands.- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in materials management systems and processes.- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding materials procurement and inventory management.**What we look for**:**Required**:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in materials management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, MRP, and purchasing processes.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.**What we offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Dynamic and inclusive work environment.
