**Required Skills**:- + 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.- Intermediate English.- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field.- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (preferred).- Personnel management- Effective communication.- Problem-solving skills.- Basic SAP proficiency.- Office skills.**General Functions**:- Compliance with the daily production plan.- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient production.- Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet customer demand.- Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective measures.- Collaborate with management to set production targets and establish goals for the production team.- Meet the overtime budget.- Meet the plant's quality objectives for complaints, FTQ, and CoPQ.- Develop assigned personnel.- Monitoring and implementation of defined safety, personnel, quality, and operational systems.- Continuous improvement to achieve results and optimize operations.- Analyzing production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.Ability to interpret and analyze data to understand the performance of your team and machines.Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
