We have expertise in a wide range of marketing and sales technologies, including all parts of the Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystems, Openprise, and Marketo.We are in search of an experienced **Senior Salesforce Consultant **who will be a trusted advisor to our clients. We are also looking for someone who has excellent technical skills and can understand the business problems our clients are trying to solve.You're a great fit for this role if you question the status quo and provide new suggestions to create better business results - for us and our clients and feel comfortable in a client facing role to drive the business process conversations and maximize the value that CRM and CPQ solutions provide to their business.**Responsibilities**:- Support clients by driving solutions with the greater business goals in mind- Daily administration and support of client Marketing or CRM database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations- Work with Leadership, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and the end-users to create and manage complex automations- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards dependent upon clients' needs and business objectives- Stay current of new features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements- Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements- Provide technical support to system users- Log identified system problems and track progress through resolution- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, system configuration and help related materials for usersQualifications:- College degree or equivalent work/technical experience- 5+ years experience in Salesforce- 2+ years experience working directly with business stakeholders to achieve results- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification- Experience with designing, implementing, and/or maintaining a CPQ system- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools- Ability to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environment- Excellent communication and analytical skills- Close attention to detail- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects- Understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and business process- Understanding of marketing automation- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and continually expand skills- ** Advanced level of English, both verbal and written- only resumes submitted in English will be considered**We value a diverse workforce and a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
