The consultant can handle most situations independently and have a passion for customer service, skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and implementing solutions in the NetSuite environment. Also, is adept at documenting and escalating issues as necessary.Decision Making. The role requires strong decision-making abilities, including influencing customers to modify current business practices and managing scope and expectations with the customer.Soft Skills. The consultant should have strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor communicating effectively with functional and technical stakeholders.Experience. Ideally, should have 8+ years’ experience with a consulting firm or software provider, and 3+ years in a NetSuite Functional Consultant role.Education. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineer, or Management Information Systems. A master’s degree or post-graduate is a plus.Career Level - IC2Providing implementation services to new and existing NetSuite customers.Documenting and validating customer’s business requirements and mapping them to NetSuite functionality.Conducting consulting sessions and documenting them with meeting minute summaries.Attending internal project meetings and providing status updates on progress of activities and deliverables.Contribution to Delivery Excellence. Contributes to delivery excellence by documenting solutions best practices and participates in the NetSuite SME program. Also supports the sales cycle when needed.
