Responsible for researching and gathering data, assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support global Travel and Expense management, planning and operations. Uses advanced analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance Travel and Expense processes.**Key Responsibilities**:- Other Incidental tasks related to the job, as necessary.- Gathers and interprets complex data.- Analyzes activities related to the timely, cost-effective, planning and quality control of Travel and Expense operations.- Investigates issues to determine root causes.- Develops and implements continuous improvement and process efficiency.- Serves as a liaison to internal groups regarding Travel and Expense policies and processes.- Maintains, analyzes and implements improvements to the Travel and Expense processes.- Prepare reports for management.- May implement or manage relevant systems used for Travel and Expense operations.- Develops training documentation and designs and conducts end user training sessions on various information systems used for Travel and Expense.**Knowledge / Skills**:- Basic understanding of computing tools, such as databases, and spreadsheets- Basic knowledge of supply chain- Analytical Skills- Contract Management- Global Trade Compliance- Sourcing/Supplier Management**Education and Experience**:- High School Diploma or regional equivalent required- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role. At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute degree requirement- 2 - 4 years of experience in a Travel & Experience role required- Schedule flexibility to include working weekends and/or evenings and holidays as required by the business for 24/7 operations.LI-AW2**About Rackspace Technology****More on Rackspace Technology
