Mexico City, Mexico- full time- Now we are looking for a Travel Specialist that will be able to maintain all business trips for our LATAM employees. If you have relevant experience, we're waiting for your CV**What you will do**:- Advice on business trip arrangement process-- Assistance in booking tickets, hotels, other travel related services-- Expense report validation management to ensure they are compliant with internal policies.-- Managing internal control and revision of employee’s business trip expenses reports in compliance with local legislation.-- Ensure that employees follow travel policy regulations.-- Working closely with the accountant and financial team to provide prompt payments for business trips.-- Assistance to the Financial Department team by providing expense reports necessary for audition.-- Assistance in visa-obtainment processes to ensure unhindered access of the company's employees to their working trips destinations (local and foreigners).-- Solving and analysis of difficult problems introduced by HQ.-- Support and following-up before, during and after each working trip as well as carrying out all the processes for visas, permits, vaccinations, tests and documents required for each type of travel.**What we expect from you**:- Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting, Finance or Business Administration are preferable..-- Fluent in English (written and oral).-- At least 3 years’ experience in travel & expense processes in a similar position, with knowledge of the travel industry and preferable with some Accounts Payable administration knowledge or background.-- Working with global self booking tools.-- Experience of business trips and tax systems regarding the business trips proof documents in Mexico and Colombia.-- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.-- Ability to work independently and prioritize current tasks.-- Experience in dealing with governmental institutes, including expertise in migration establishments.-- Ability to comply with different time zones.**Working terms**:- Initial training;-- Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off.
