This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of our Mexico operations through accurate billing, payment processing, and coordination with our administrative partners.**Key Responsibilities**:- Issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner- Receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers- Manage payment processing to vendors- Maintain and issue statements of account for both customers and suppliers- Liaise with our contracted administrative services provider- Monitor and manage payment terms and due dates for both receivables and payables**Required Qualifications**:- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables- Experience in both accounts receivable and payable functions- Familiarity with CargoWise is a plus- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- ** Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)****Additional Requirements**:- ** CV must be submitted in English****Benefits**:Benefits provided in accordance with **Mexican labor law** upon establishment of the local branch.
