**Legal Executive Search, Staffing, & Back Office Solutions** are looking for:**Client Services Associate****Responsibilities**:- **Client Interaction**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, address inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.- **Onboarding and Training**: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and conduct training sessions.- **Client Support**: Provide ongoing support, help clients navigate products or services, and resolve issues.- **Communication Liaison**: Act as an intermediary between clients and internal teams, conveying feedback and requirements.- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate client records in the database or CRM system.- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company’s products or services.- **Cross-Selling and Up-Selling**: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing clients.- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve client issues or complaints.- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and maintain documentation and generate reports on client satisfaction.- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.**Requirements**:- Advanced English (spoken and written).- No degree required.- Previous experience in customer service is desirable.**Job Details**:- Salary: $15,000 MXN per month.- Work mode: Remote.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- Servicio al cliente: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
