As a Client Services Associate II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful execution of clinical trials, interpreting intricate medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.What you will be doing- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.- Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement comprehensive strategies for clinical trial management.- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and proactively implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.- Analyzing and interpreting complex medical data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.- Participating in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.**Profile**:- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or clinical research industry.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and colleagues.- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems is advantageous.What ICON can offer you:- Our success depends on the quality of our people.
