Buscamos un **Director de Marketing** con visión estratégica y capacidad de ejecución, que lidere la creación y gestión del área de marketing en nuestra empresa. Será responsable de construir el equipo, desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de comunicación, branding y posicionamiento de marca, así como de la gestión integral de contenidos digitales.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Diseñar, implementar y supervisar la estrategia de marketing de la empresa.- Crear y liderar el equipo de marketing.- Gestionar redes sociales y campañas digitales (orgánicas y pagadas).- Coordinar la producción de fotografías y videos de productos para página web, anuncios y demás canales de comunicación.- Desarrollar y mantener la identidad visual y el branding de la empresa.- Analizar métricas y resultados para optimizar campañas y estrategias.- Coordinar acciones de marketing con otras áreas de la organización.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración o afín.- Experiência comprobable en marketing digital y gestión de equipos.- Conocimiento en manejo de redes sociales, pauta digital, SEO/SEM y branding.- Habilidades en coordinación de producción audiovisual (foto y video).- Pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo y orientación a resultados.**Ofrecemos**:- Oportunidad de construir y liderar el área de marketing desde cero.- Entorno dinámico con posibilidad de crecimiento profesional.- Sueldo competitivo + prestaciones de ley.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Uniformes gratuitosLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
