Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Execute the validation testing on the automotive and industrial products as per the test plan- Prepare the test Plan, work instruction and test spec according with the project phase- Communicate to the internal and external cross function team to effectively execution of the test- Communicate to the external laboratories for quotation, planning & execution- Analyzing test requirements and needs for the product and coordinating the functional requirements with the customer.- Planning and tracking validation testing plans- Estimate test validation cost.- Create technical Documents Related to Validation- Technical contact person with customer during the entire project term, tracking targets with the project managers and aligning with the laboratory.- Support on failures analysis (Functional & Mechanical)**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor´s degree preferred in Mechanic / Electronic / Mechatronic engineering/ Industrial / Chemical- Professional experience in Automotive Industry for +2 years.- Automotive Validation Engineering Experience.- Knowledge on Automotive Testing theory and concepts ( Environmental, chemical, vibration, electrical, electronics, dimensioning).- Basic Knowledge on Testing Fixtures.- Proficiency in English.- Proactive- Leadership sense- Good team workTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alfonso Chacon
