Fecha de publicación: 09 Julio 2025As a Client Success Advisor specializing in GRC and Cybersecurity Compliance, you will work with key accounts to drive platform adoption, ensure regulatory alignment, and support cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies. Your expertise will help clients implement governance and compliance best practices while strengthening their cyber defense frameworks. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation, regulatory readiness, and data protection initiatives.- Lugar:- Hybrid (Guadalajara)- Skills:- 5-7+ years in client-facing roles within cybersecurity, legal, audit, risk, or compliance sectors.- Proven understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and IT compliance regulations (SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate cybersecurity and technical concepts into actionable business insights.- Experience implementing or supporting GRC platforms with a focus on security modules, threat intelligence, or vulnerability management.- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to diagnose security risks and offer mitigation strategies that drive measurable outcomes.- Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.- Willingness to travel to client sites and support high-impact strategic accounts- **English level: Advances**- Actividades:- Provide expert consultation on configuring and optimizing the Diligent GRC and cybersecurity modules to align with clients’ compliance programs and risk management frameworks.- Guide clients on implementing cybersecurity compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) within the Diligent platform.- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ GRC and cybersecurity maturity to recommend scalable, risk-based solutions.- Collaborate with clients to build internal roadmaps for governance, cyber risk management, incident response planning, and policy automation.- Partner with internal teams (Product, Security, Support, Sales) to enhance platform capabilities based on evolving cybersecurity threat landscapes and client feedback.- Deliver training and adoption workshops focused on data protection, third-party risk, access control, and security compliance use cases.- Monitor and share insights on emerging cybersecurity threats, regulatory updates, and industry best practices to help clients maintain compliance.- Identify at-risk accounts and proactively address issues by aligning product use with compliance KPIs and security benchmarks.- Support audits and regulatory assessments by helping clients generate evidence and reports from the platform- Deseable:- Beneficios:- Nómina 100%- Vales despensa 3,300 pesos- Fondo de Ahorro 6% (tope de ley)- Aguinaldo 30 días- Vacaciones Ley- Prima Vacacional de ley- SGMM extensivo a cónyuge e hijos- Bono anual por desempeño
