Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Reporting to our Post Production Director, we’re looking for a hands-on producer to provide video post-production experience in our growing creative & experience production team. You will work as part of a global team and manage localization/adaptation video projects across a variety of clients. Ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients’ ambition, production values, and commercial targets.**Main Responsibilities**- Work with our Post Production Director and other producers within Jellyfish to develop and embed best practice across the team.- Work closely with account management teams to ensure projects are delivered, on brief, on time, and budget.- Support in building the current post-production processes.- Share your experience to develop the skills of the wider team.- Embed a commercially minded culture and support the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.- Reflect the agency’s values.- Develop client relationships and support retention and development**Qualifications**- 5 years of experience in post-production, with at least 2 years focused on localization.- Excellent knowledge of broadcast/post production workflows.- Experience of business affairs/TV admin.- Experience providing excellent client service.- Prioritize across several projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements.- Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines- Knowledge of Adobe Suite - Premiere / Photoshop/ After Effects etc- Knowledge of TV formats, codecs, and audio standards.- Industry relationships / Talent black book.**Additional Information**Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.Reward: You'll receive a loyalty salary increase on your Jellyfish anniversary, in addition to our company-wide annual bonus.Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am. and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.Growth, Your Way: Grow your career with one paid day each month for self-development and access to LinkedIn Learning** **with unlimited online courses.Family Support: Enjoy 14 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers.
