**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:- Design and edit graphics, illustrations, and campaign materials using **Adobe Photoshop**and **Adobe Illustrator**.- Perform **quick video edits**(cut-to-cut, basic enhancements) using **Adobe Premiere Pro**to support campaign rollouts.- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other members of the global creative team to execute high-quality visuals for marketing and recruitment campaigns.- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with **Afni’s global brand guidelines**while pushing for originality and creativity.- Support regional teams by adapting global creatives into localized versions as needed.- Maintain and organize creative assets for global use.requirementDescription**Qualifications**- Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator**; working knowledge of **Adobe Premiere Pro**for video editing.- Strong creative vision with an eye for layout, color, and typography.- Ability to balance creative innovation with adherence to brand guidelines.- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight timelines.- A portfolio showcasing design and multimedia work is **required**.
