Product Marketing Manager, Cross Channel Platforms

**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience in Analytics, Product, Statistics, Business or similar.- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, business, and marketing) along with agency management.- Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions.- Knowledge of the owned and operated channels and running campaigns, including campaign or channel operations, and systems management.- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize information while managing details.About the jobYouTube Marketing’s mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.**Responsibilities**:- Lead Measurement and Optimization Strategy for scaled communications ecosystem (e.g., Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and overall communications program health).- Manage the campaign optimization cycle for Creator Communications owned and operated channels, identify enhancement opportunities via data analysis, A/B tests and growth experiments, and communicate learnings and best practices.- Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other Marketing teams to manage and optimize the scaled communications and process.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
