Para nosotros lo más importante es tu talento: compartimos contigo esa pasión que en el día a día te hace poner tu corazón en todo lo que haces.En el hotel de ME Cabo nos encontramos en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo Human Resources Manager¿Qué buscamos?Buscamos un líder que logre una productividad eficaz y eficiente de los colaboradores de acuerdo con los objetivos definidos por la compañía, que tiene como fin la mejora del rendimiento individual y de equipo mediante la creación de un ambiente profesional.¿Qué necesita?- Educación: Licenciatura en LAE, LAET, Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Industriales o afín.- Experiência: Al menos 3 años en la posición específica o como jefe de personal.- Experiência en hotelería de lujo previa- Manejo avanzado de nomina o pre-nomina- Conocimiento en administración en proyección de staffing- Experiência en manejo y conciliación en relaciones sindicales- Manejo de sistemas operativos (PR) de Administración de personal (Deseable SAP)- Administración de platilla de al menos 250 colaboradores- Administración de presupuesto del dpto de RRHH.
