**Position**:Customer Service Associate - Entry Level**Arrow Electronics** is looking to hire an entry level Customer Service/Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX to work out of our HP Office, located in Periferico Sur.**What You'll Be Doing**- Provide internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.- Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing- Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.- Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.**What You'll Need**- Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience- 1-3 years of customer service experience- Good Excel skills **required**:- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English**What's In It For You**The target salary range for this role is_$14,125 - $17,500 Monthly (before taxes)_, plus great benefits and growth opportunity.At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
