Job Title Strategic Talent Development Lead Overview This role oversees the entire learning and development lifecycle for employees, ensuring that our workforce has the skills and competencies needed to meet business objectives. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, creating development plans, tracking expenses, ensuring timely delivery of employee learning initiatives, overseeing onboarding programs, selecting external consultants/trainers, and adapting training programs to evolving workplace conditions.
