**About Credijusto**Credijusto is a fintech company focused on building financial products for the Mexican SME market. We provide small- and medium-sized enterprises with credit solutions while offering the market’s best financial evaluations and its lowest delinquency rate.**Desired Profile**We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead and develop the FP&A team at Credijusto - the leading fintech in Mexico. This person will be a critical contributor to making strategic decisions across the business as well as preparing managerial financial statements and analysis, working closely with senior management, the founders and the board of directors.**Key Responsibilities**Main responsibilities include analyzing and presenting key financial data and business KPIs to assist senior management in making critical decisions, managing the budgeting process and supporting strategic decision-making with rigorous analytical support.- Work closely with senior management to formulate medium to long term financial and strategic plans and tracking key drivers of the business- Present the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports of the different business units to senior managemen- Develop and maintain variance analysis to gain regular insight into performance- Implement technological tools to improve quality of analysis- Review operations and recommend productivity or cost saving initiatives- Prepare business cases to support new investments and strategic decisions- Create and review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement- Prepare and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes- Develop special initiatives to support business units’ goals and objectives- Ad-hoc market intelligence research supporting the Credijusto strategy committee**Qualifications**- 6+ years of relevant professional experience- Superior financial modelling skills- Bachelor's degree- Proficiency in data visualization tools- Solid experience with root cause analysis- Strong interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written- Proficient business English and Spanish**Nice-to-haves**- Experience in a Fintech startup- MBA from a leading university- Proficiency in SQL- Experience in a public company**Pay and Benefits**We offer globally competitive salaries and benefits.
