**Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Data Analyst**At F5, we care deeply not just about what we do, but how we do it. You can learn more about our efforts in F5’s ESG Report.**Position Summary**The ESG team at F5 is hiring a Data Analyst to help collect, manage and govern the growing body of data that informs our ESG strategy and performance. The immediate priorities for the role include expanding our environmental data collection, management, analysis and governance across the business; and managing the donation and volunteer reporting for F5 Global Good.The ESG Data Analyst will take on additional social and governance data analysis and play a critical role in developing the ESG team’s reporting, scorecards and dashboards over time.**Primary Responsibilities**- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze and interpret ESG-related data.- Critically evaluate and report on information gathered from various sources.- Responsible for data and analytical rigor, accuracy and completeness.- Develop, implement and support ESG data-related reports, executive presentations, disclosures, scorecards and dashboards.- Support the team on ESG research/analysis, benchmarking and stakeholder queries.**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**- Strong analytical, technical and database management, visualization and reporting skills.- High commitment to accuracy and aim to improve F5 systems and processes.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.- Knowledge of ESG, Corporate Social Responsibility or Sustainability issues is a plus.**Qualifications**- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree or an advanced degree without professional experience.- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, CDP) and Benevity is a plus.**Equal Employment Opportunity**It is the policy of F5 to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and employment applicants without regard to unlawful considerations of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, sensory, physical, or mental disability, marital status, veteran or military status, genetic information, or any other classification protected by applicable local, state, or federal laws.
