**RH**:Karla Acosta**Location**:Aguascalientes**Industry - Sector**:Mals**What you’ll do?**- This is a position with responsibility and accountability for managing helping teams with software quality assurance efforts.- This involves but not limited to work on test cases scripts data by ensuring alignment with user stories software release goals and priorities.- Typically this involves both exploratory work test automation as well as identifying effective regression and smoke test scripts and scenarios.- This person will actively participate in the teams agile ceremony meetings demos and presentations to report progress on software release efforts.- Areas of focus include Software QA Automation of test cases for execution and managing effective test suites data and other needed artifacts.- Requirements Experience and Education Requirements Four year degree in MIS CS.- Engineering or equivalent with 3 years as a seasoned Software QA engineer Technical.**What you’ll bring**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing software QA efforts as an active QA engineer by using Agile Scrum methodologies.- Test script automation using tools like SahiPro JMeter and others as appropriate.- Experience to script test web services with SoapUI and other tools.- Exploratory experience on new systems to identify test case data requirements.- Previous waterfall methodology experience is a nice to have.- Experience with Agile tool set such as AzureDevOps.- Rally Software JIRA is a huge plus.- Character Strong initiative highly collaborative curious detail oriented tenacious ability to work without significant direction desire to change the world.**Soft skills**:Work Underpressure, Quality at work, Results Oriented**What can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?**- Working in a team environment, Consultants will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients.- You will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques and tools.- You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products.- Capgemini offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.- Headquartered in Paris, France, Capgemini has a presence of more than 340 thousand professionals in Mexico distributed among 3 sites located in Mexico City, Monterrey and Aguascalientes.
