Overview:- Define and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy aligned with LATAM business objectives and profitability targets.- Design and govern pricing policies, discount frameworks, and margin structures by channel, product, customer, and region.- Lead the development of predictive pricing models, elasticity analysis, and scenario simulations to drive revenue decisions.- Build and manage the regional ecommerce channel from the ground up, with an initial sales goal of $100 million MXN.- Drive business intelligence strategy, integrating advanced analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) for commercial decision-making.- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment between pricing and business goals.- Lead pricing digital transformation: automation of quoting tools, pricing engines, ERP integration, and dynamic pricing.- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to executive leadership and commercial committees.- Manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team: pricing analysts, BI specialists, eCom leads and quoting staff.- Monitor competitive intelligence, market trends, and cost dynamics to ensure agile and adaptive pricing structures.- Embed a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across all pricing and revenue processes.- Definir e implementar una estrategia integral de precios alineada a los objetivos de rentabilidad y crecimiento en LATAM.- This role requires the individual to be on-site two days a week.- Diseñar y gobernar políticas de precios, descuentos y márgenes por canal, producto, cliente y región.- Liderar el desarrollo de modelos predictivos de precios, análisis de elasticidad y simulaciones para toma de decisiones.- Crear y escalar el canal regional de eCommerce con una meta inicial de ventas por $100 millones MXN.- Supervisar aplicaciones digitales de contacto con cliente (POS) y herramientas para precios y cotizaciones en tiempo real.- Liderar la estrategia de Business Intelligence integrando analítica avanzada (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).- Coordinar con Ventas, Marketing, Finanzas y Operaciones para asegurar coherencia entre precios y metas de negocio.- Impulsar la transformación digital en pricing: automatización, integración ERP y pricing dinámico.- Presentar recomendaciones estratégicas y reportes de desempeño a la dirección ejecutiva.- Desarrollar y liderar un equipo multidisciplinario de alto desempeño: analistas de precios, BI y responsables de eCom.- Monitorear inteligencia competitiva, tendencias de mercado y costos para mantener estructuras de precios ágiles.- Fomentar una cultura basada en datos y mejora continua en todos los procesos de precios e ingresos.**Responsibilities**:Diseñar, liderar y supervisar la estrategia integral de precios de la empresa, garantizando competitividad en el mercado, alineación con los objetivos comerciales y maximización de la rentabilidad en todas las líneas de productos.
