Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.****Position Mission**: Being the pricing support of ENGIE Mexico Qualified Supplier, SyEM, elaborating electricity supply commercial proposals from a mixed portfolio. Accompany the sales team (KAMs) in the process of preparing and submitting electricity supply offers, as well as support PPAs review process for accepted offers.**Your Impact**: As Power Princing Senior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:- Elaborate commercial proposals and assist in due time in negotiations with potential clients, according with the guidelines defined in the commercial strategy, in coordination with the, sales team (KAMs) and areas involved in the process.- Develop pricing models, including new methodologies for different products in accordance to the risk team validation- Develop, implement, and maintain the necessary computer tools to manage electricity market information, collect potential client’s consumption information, elaborate commercial proposal efficiently, and forecast income, costs and margin of each commercial offer.- Promote ENGIE’s competitive advantages through commercial proposals, supporting the sales strategy.- Financial modeling and communication with the risk team and managing corresponding risk validation of potential PPAs to be signed.- Review contracts and participate in the negotiation processes with clients.- Continuous analysis and monitoring of supply portfolio, commercial opportunities and upstream portfolio.- Lead the elaboration process of the technical annex in supply contracts, coordinating the different areas involved, to achieve the correct execution of contracts.- Develop tools for evaluating energy consumption for industrial/commercial consumers that allows the elaboration of commercial proposals with added value for potential clients, managing to differentiate the company from the competition.**Requirements**: To join our team as Power Princing Senior Specialist, we are looking for:- **Education and Experience**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business or an equivalent experience and education. 2 to 4 years of experience in the similar position.- **Technical Skills**:- Knowledge of industry Applicable Law and Regulatory rules, electricity and natural gas markets, commercial proposals pricing, structuring, and designing, commercial strategy planning, database management, programming (desirable).- Ability to develop statistical and mathematical models to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on profitability- Ability to create presentations and reports (Power BI) of our products.- Analytical, strategic, communication and collaboration skills.- Experience in Sales Force (desirable**)**- **Key Competencies**: Great ability to communicate and interact with internal and external counterparties, customer service driving, capacity to complete work versus due dates, and project management.- **Languages**: English (mandatory)**Join us and be part of the adventure of the century****Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**: At ENGIE, we promote an environment where you feel free to give your best.
