Comprometidos con en ambiente y la seguridad de nuestros empleados.**:**OFRECEMOS**:- **Salario competitivo**:- **Prestaciones superiores a las de ley**:- **Zona de trabajo Tlalnepantla****REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES**Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Química, Ingeniería Química o carrera afín.**:- ** Experiência: Mínimo de 3 años en Laboratorio de Pinturas (Investigación y Desarrollo).**:**Conocimiento profundo sobre tecnología de recubrimientos orgánicos, materias primas involucradas, formulación, evaluación del producto y equipos de prueba, procesos de fabricación, procesos y equipos de aplicación.**:**Alto sentido de responsabilidad, compromiso, disciplina y orientación al cliente.**:**Facilidad de comunicación, toma de decisiones y riesgos.**:**Experiência en manejo de personal.**:**Inglés conversacional (Se trabaja de la mano de personal extranjero)**:**ACTIVIDADES**:**Desarrollar y localizar materiales de productos nuevos para las diferentes cuentas OEM**:**Dar seguimiento a nuevos lotes dentro el proceso de lanzamiento de nuevos colores.**:**Tomar conferencias con los servicios técnico para el seguimiento de los materiales en línea.**:**Dar soporte a las diferentes áreas de la planta, ventas, operaciones, planeación, etc;**:**Generar la documentación necesaria para el registro y seguimiento a los nuevos productos como matrices de prueba para corregir defectos.**:**Supervisar las actividades de los operarios por medio de registros de bitácoras y documentos electrónicos.**:**Costear fórmulas para mantener los márgenes requeridos para el negocio y de ser necesarios hacer correcciones en las mismas.**:**Generar reportes gerenciales, así como presentarlos a nível global.**:**Dominio de SAP para conseguir información sobre sus productos.**:**Seguimientos a los procesos de APQP que se requieren para el registro de cada una de las etapas del mismo.**:**Actualización de información como TDS & MSDS.**:**Recuperación de material fuera de especificación.**:**Our Company**:**Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
