**Customer Service Assistant**We are seeking a motivated and driven customer service assistant to join our dynamic team.**Responsibilities**:- Schedule appointments with clients and supervise their follow-up.- Make calls with clients and internal calls.- Facilitate communication between clients and associated agencies.- Manage changes in client accounts (such as pickup dates, purchase order plans, and address updates) ensuring precise implementation.- Send surveys and ensure they are completed within the established timeframe.- Audit daily work of branches located in the United States.- Maintain records using reports in Google Drive.**Required Skills**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.- Organization and attention to detail.- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Calendly, Excel, and survey generation tools.- Advanced English (B2+).- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.- Strong interest and proficiency in making calls.- Experience in generating reports.Job type: Full timeWork schedule: 10:00am-6:30pm**Benefits**:- Features of the law- Friday lunch- Build your CV in a transnational company**Salary**:$15,000MX per monthTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: In person
