Título del Puesto: Revenue ManagerUbicación: MéridaSalario: $13,000 - $15,000 mensuales netos + ComisionesDescripción del Puesto:**Responsabilidades**:- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de precios para maximizar los ingresos.- Monitorear y analizar las tendencias del mercado y de la competencia.- Gestionar y optimizar la presencia en plataformas de OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y marketing para diseñar promociones y ofertas especiales.- Analizar los informes de rendimiento y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario.- Implementar y supervisar las políticas de tarifas y disponibilidad.**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa en un puesto similar como Revenue Manager.- Experiência en la gestión de OTAs y herramientas de distribución.- Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés.- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de toma de decisiones.- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.- Conocimiento en software de gestión hotelera y herramientas de revenue management.Ofrecemos:- Salario competitivo de $12,000 a $15,000 mensuales netos + comisiones.- Comisiones basadas en el rendimiento.- Prestaciones de ley.- Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y crecimiento dentro de la empresa.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Uniformes gratuitosLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
