This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, and compliance with safety regulations.**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:- Maintenance Equipment & Facilities Planning & Execution- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities.- Monitor maintenance KPIs and initiate improvements.- Compliance & Safety- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).Implement and enforce workplace safety policies.Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.- Budget & Inventory Management: Manage maintenance budgets and control costs. Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools; plan reorders to avoid delays.- Cost - responsible for continuous improvement in the value stream to drive month over month cost improvement/reduction- Talent development - Oriented to specialize the maintenance team.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent- 6 to 8 years of experience in leadership/manager position in Maintenance Engineering- English: Conversational (Desirable but not a must)Valoramos la diversidad y somos una organización que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
