Would you like to help build the future of customer engagement in the digital age? We’re looking for a Software Engineer, Front End to design and develop scalable web applications for a U.S.-based SaaS platform used by thousands of companies worldwide. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to enhance user experience across a powerful suite of digital tools—impacting how businesses connect with their audiences. You’ll contribute directly to a modern tech stack in a high-performance environment that values quality, learning, and collaboration. About You You have experience building web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You’re passionate about crafting high-quality, maintainable, and scalable front-end code. You know how to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Back-End Engineering. You’re capable of solving complex problems through testing, refactoring, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing Write clean, performant, and reusable code with a focus on scalability. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to create exceptional user experiences. Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and sprint rituals. Identify opportunities to improve application performance and usability. Contribute to the evolution of the front-end architecture and best practices. Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of technical excellence. What We’re Looking For Proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset. Eagerness to continuously learn and share knowledge. Technical Requirements Must-Haves 5+ years of experience building front-end applications with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Solid experience with React and state management tools like Redux. Experience working within large, modular codebases and Agile environments. Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Gulp. Experience with performance optimization for web applications. Exposure to accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
