Descripción y detalle de las actividadesDevelop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all government regulations in the area. Oversee the administration and compliance of IMMEX, PROSE, VAT-IESP certifications, and Review at Origin programs. Ensure adherence to legal provisions related to the import and export of goods through customs. Supervise the transfer of goods, ensuring compliance with current transportation regulations. Manage the Traffic and Customs Department to ensure smooth operations.- Update import promotion programs, including maquila and sector promotion programs.- Verify and control origin certifications to reduce costs within the import process.- Supervise and provide guidelines for updating databases for accurate billing of imported goods.- Process sanitary import authorizations with the Ministry of Health.- Oversee customs documentation, including orders, value manifestation, and spreadsheets.- Follow up on payments to suppliers, transport agencies, and dispatches.- Ensure the closing of pedimentos by corresponding customs offices.- Determine and supervise the integration of the digital foreign trade file.- Supervise and provide guidelines for updating databases for accurate invoicing of exported goods.- Establish procedures to provide customs agents with the information needed for correct tariff classification.- Support shipping areas (Warehouse) with accurate lists of materials and guides for export.- Supervise services and payments to carriers and agencies.- Provide information for the reconciliation of different business units.- Review documentation from customs agents for declarations and government-required statistics (SECOFI, SHCP,INEGI, etc.).- Administer the temporary import inventory control system.- Monitor and manage temporary import balances.- Verify system compliance with associated control obligations.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in foreign Trade and Customs, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.- Advanced knowledge in traffic and customs, foreign trade.- 5 years of experience in a similar position.- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to lead and coordinate interdisciplinary groups.- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Seguro de vida- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Comedor- caja de ahorro**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Importación y Exportación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
