This team is at the center of architecting how marketers connect with and enable success for Google Ads customers, delivering meaningful customer interactions at scale, with continually optimized messaging infrastructure, intelligence, and operations.In this role, you will lead the Advertiser Engagement and Operations team that enables and guides marketers to deliver hyper-personalized, cross-channel, and high-impact customer interactions at scale. This team sits within the broader Ads Marketing and Center of Excellence (ACE) team and is the engine that powers all scaled marketing reaching Ads customers. In this role, you will develop a scaled marketing center of excellence, pushing the boundary of how marketers engage with customers. You and your team will identify opportunities and integrate GenAI capabilities to unlock new channels, drive operational efficiency, and amplify impact for customers. You will drive collaboration with various marketing teams to build scaled marketing campaigns and advocacy programs critical for the success of our advertisers. In this role, you will build strong cross-functional partnerships with marketing, vendor partners, infrastructure, and analytics teams to enable campaign execution and optimize existing processes.Know the user.
