Job Vacancies- BackSales Representative (Guadalajara)Ramos Arizpe, Mexico | Sales | Experienced | Unlimited | September 24, 2025SHARE- Job Description- Resumen de puestoSITIO: GUADALAJARAMODALIDAD: REMOTA- El Representante Regional de Ventas es responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas asignados en el mercado de repuestos (AA), gestionando clientes actuales y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio en su territorio. Además, el puesto implica elaborar pronósticos de ventas, implementar iniciativas y proyectos, atender requerimientos de clientes, así como brindar capacitación y soporte técnico a la fuerza de ventas de los distribuidores y a los usuarios finales.- **Responsabilidades**:- Cumplir los objetivos de ventas establecidos para su territorio.- Dar seguimiento periódico al desempeño de los clientes asignados y reportar avances.- Desarrollar nuevos negocios, mercados y canales (Automotriz, Heavy Duty e Industrial).- Implementar iniciativas y proyectos comerciales asignados.- Brindar soporte y seguimiento a quejas de clientes, garantizando su satisfacción.- Capacitar y asesorar a clientes sobre soluciones y calidad de los productos.- Registrar en CRM todas las actividades, acuerdos y tareas realizadas.- Identificar riesgos y oportunidades, informando al Gerente de Ventas.- Mantener relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con los clientes.- Controlar y reportar los gastos de viaje de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la empresa.- Realizar cualquier otra actividad relacionada con las responsabilidades de la posición.- RequisitosEscolaridad- Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afín.Experiência- Mínimo 3 años en ventas en la industria automotriz.- Experiência en administración de ventas y negociación directa.- Manejo de distribuidores mayoristas.Habilidades y Competencias- Comunicación efectiva y facilidad de palabra.- Organización, honestidad y actitud de servicio.- Habilidades de negociación y manejo de conflictos.- Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones.- Orientación a resultados y atención al cliente.- Gusto por viajar y disposición para estancias frecuentes fuera de su lugar de residencia.Competencias Técnicas- Inglés conversacional (B1-B2).- Dominio de Microsoft Excel.- Conocimiento en margen y precios.- Técnicas de negociación y servicio al cliente.- Manejo de CRM y herramientas de ventas.- Deseable: experiência en Salesforce.Disponibilidad- Viajar de 12 a 16 días al mes dentro de su territorio asignado.- Are you full of ideas?
