As the Digital Innovation and Engagement Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our new state-of-the-art Experience Centre in Eindhoven. Leverage this cutting-edge hub to engage customers and partners, drive revenue, and showcase our innovative solutions. Collaborate with internal and external teams to create unforgettable experiences that strengthen relationships and position us as industry leaders.**Responsibilities**:- Use the Experience Centre to engage customers and partners, driving revenue growth.- Develop personalized presentations and digital content aligned with industry trends.- Promote the Centre internally, training teams to enhance customer journeys.- Host events and tours for media, industry associations, and key stakeholders.- Manage daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth, impactful experiences.- Lead a team of students supporting the Centre’s activities.- Build relationships with customers and partners, addressing their specific needs.- Stay innovative, continuously improving digital content and Centre offerings.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).- 5+ years in a customer-facing role, with expertise in innovation or technology industries.- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, digitalization, or technology trends.- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.- Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).- Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a strategic mindset.**We Offer**:- A vibrant and innovative work environment in the Brainport Industry Campus.- Leadership of a cutting-edge Experience Centre driving industry transformation.- Opportunities to collaborate with experts, designers, and content creators.- Career development in a forward-thinking, technology-driven company.- Exposure to international teams across Benelux, Germany, France, and beyond.- A chance to make a real impact on the future of digital innovation and engagement.
