This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to develop and refine interview processes, ensuring alignment with position requirements.- Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and company culture.- Utilize various platforms for job postings and implement marketing strategies to attract top tech talent.- Work closely with company executives to understand tech talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, highlighting key performance indicators.**Qualifications**:- English speaking MUST- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on roles such as Java Programmers, Software Development Engineers.- Good understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and frameworks relevant to the software development industry.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and external partners.
