***:Provides analysis and reports on complex financial information. Plans and projects financial information using knowledge of advanced financial theory and systems. Prepares recommendations to all levels of management. Acts as a mentor to the financial analysts/cost accountants.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develops, maintains, and provides insightful financial information to support central finance and senior management.- Assists the Finance Manager in preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly financial foreasts.- Provides financial analysis to support monthly operational reviews with line organizations.- Provides a guiding role for the department’s financial analysts/cost accountants in developing and maintaining PC-based analytical tools.- Develops successful working relationships with other AE departments, including but not limited to Operations and General Accounting- Conducts special projects which provide creative and insightful interpretation of business issues from a quantitative standpoint.- Conducts regular presentations to management.- Acts as a contact for both internal and external audit.**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:Works in a standard office environment utilizing standard office equipment. Some travel may be required.**SKILLS**:- Ability to work with all functional organizations and all levels of personnel.- Ability to tailor financial information for various levels of the organization.- Prior experience with a Financial software package, preferably an integrated ERP system.**EXPERIENCE**:**Essen**tial**:4-7 years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment**Desirable**:Previous financial analyst experienceSAP experience**EDUCATION**:**Essen**tial**:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar**Desirable**:Masters degree in Business AdministrationCPA or CMA designation
