Provides strong engineering support and the analytical abilities for the solution of problems in key operation initiatives, such as Lean projects, supply chain and the ME2 program (excellence in the manufacturing team).**You will be responsible for**:- Servises, coordinates, and trains the technicians in his/her department.- Develops, administers, and coordinates the ME2 strategy as well as its government model; helps set financial goals and objectives as well as of improvement for the performance level of the program, and plans the annual evaluations of ME2.- Administers and coordinates all the activities required by Tool Crib, CMMS and/or “Work Planning” Control, requirements, processes, and procedures for each plant in the campus.- Guides and provides support in the execution of activities related to tool crib by establishing goals and objectives aligned to the metrics of each one of the business units in each site of the campus.- Guides and provides support in the purchase and control of parts as well as using a model of replacement parts inventory.- Guides and provides support to theproduction and engineering requirements of each site of the campus.- Develops models and strategies that could be shared among the sites in the campus.- Develops and supports the corresponding pillars of ME2.- Provides support to the business units of the different sites at Campus Juarez level in the development and reach of the metrics established in their Scorecard.- Provides support in the transfer of new products within the operations, working in collaboration with the engineering group during the launching or installation of existing equipment.- Works actively with supervisors and engineers of multiple departments to facilitate the solution of problems presented in equipment in use, besides working in the search for corrective actions to improve the liability of the equipment.- Schedules and establishes the appropriate execution of planned maintenance activities.- Develops and provides support to the preventive and corrective maintenance plan in order to improve the use of resources.- Ensures the compliance of the policies and procedures including, but not limited, to Safety, Quality and Environment of the personnel under his/her charge.- Serves as Leader and/or facilitator for the analysis of the root cause and maintenance corrective actions.- Plans and assigns priorities according to the program in combination with the requirements of production, for planned maintenance and calibration.- This role can include the administration of technicians, CO-OPS engineers, or contractors as required.- Other responsibilities that are not listed here can be assigned.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures**Qualifications** Requirements and Education**:- University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent- Bachelor in related field desirable- Desirable 6 to 8 years of experience**Knowledge and Skill Sets**:- Abilities and capacity for the analysis and resolution of problems as well as for interpersonal relations.- Leadership abilities, decision taking with a clear focus on the customer.- Strong comprehension of cost standards and work standards.- Capacity to work effectively and lead projects in multiple sites, functions, and levels.- Desirable Certification as “Black” or “Green Belt”.- Comprehension and management of the Lean, ME2, Six Sigma principles.- Knowledge in mounting process and team development.- Ability to communicate orally andin writing (English/Spanish).- Knowledge and use of MS Office- Knowledge and use of statistical analysis software.- Knowledge of GMP/ISO.- Use of MRO & Tool Crib.- Knowledge of team and machining pro
