We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our San Pedro Garza's office. As such, we are currently looking for a Mid-Level Internal Auditor to join our rapidly growing company.**English fluency is a must****Responsibilities**:- Developing Finance Operations strategies that align with the corporate strategy for the business including business case development and benefits realization- Designing, building, and implementing finance operating models e.g., finance organization design, shared services design, outsourcing, processes and technology- Digital transformation and intelligent process automation - assessing, designing and implementing technology interventions such as RPA, Process Mining, OCR, etc.- Finance function maturity assessments and benchmarking.- Implementing digital dashboards using advanced digital and analytic tools to monitor key operational parameters and facilitate insightful business decision making- Delivering solutions from EPM strategy to implementation across technologies.- Advising on strategies and competency assessments to create a Finance workforce of the future- Project management on strategic finance initiatives including cost optimization, leasing system integration, treasury management, legal entity rationalization, EPM strategy, ERP migration/implementations, etc.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 7 years’ experience with ERP and / or Finance transformation implementation initiatives and projects- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce or a related field or equivalent experience and have completed an MBA or Accounting designation.- Previous experience in technologies such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Blackline, Hyperion, Adaptive, OneStream, Power BI, and other Business Intelligence tools, is considered an asset.- Knowledgeable of end-to-end finance functional and technical architecture- Knowledgeable of the key technologies and systems involved in finance including data platforms / warehouses, analytics tools, EPM tools, robotic process automation tools, low code / no code platforms, and ERP systems**Benefits**- Competitive Salary- Healthcare Benefit Package- Career Growth- Savings fund- Food coupons- Christmas loyalty bonus- Life insuranceWe invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
